MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Schedule will be 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (*Weekends and extended hours will be required).

Bachelor's Degree is required. (*Master's Degree is preferable).

6+ years directly-related IT/IS experience is required.

Direct healthcare experience is required.

Prior experience in the implementation of electronic medical records in the Ambulatory setting is required.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing Epic Ambulatory module.

Must have proven track record of leading a team in the design and implementation of a comprehensive EMR in a physician office setting.

Epic Ambulatory Certification or Epic EMR certifications are highly preferable (ie: Orders, Clinical Documentation, etc).

Duties / RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in workplan development and management is required.

Strength in supporting team in the use of project management tools to support and facilitate rapid system implementation.

Strong desire to help team members grow and succeed.

Candidate must be able to clearly articulate how they will strengthen the people who work for them.

The candidate must have a solid base of technical knowledge - they must have previously 'walked in the shoes' of the people that they will lead.
