We are a teaching and referral hospital that today provides a variety of exceptional clinical programs and services, including multi-organ transplantation, cardiology, oncology and physical rehabilitation services, maternity, neonatology and emergency/trauma care.
We are looking for a Nurse Manager Telemetry. This exciting career opportunity in with a high-acuity trauma center.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Comprehensive management of 39-bed newly opened, beautiful unit. Will be responsible for supervision and mentoring 47 FTEs on this fully staffed unit. Maintain quality of care, promote process improvement and staff education to continue to achieve patient satisfaction. This is a unit with an enthusiastic and energetic team looking to become leaders in their system.
Must be R.N. TX License with Bachelors degree and must possess clinical background caring for telemetry patients. Experience in a leadership role is required. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to understand importance of patient satisfaction and knowledge of evidence-based practice. Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision making skills.
